Spouse’s Annual Open Enrollment

Note: If your spouse is offered group insurance coverage at his or her place of employment, he or she must participate in that plan before he or she will be allowed to receive benefits under the AAA Carolinas Health & Welfare Plan. See Spousal Clause for details.

You may enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in Health InsuranceDental Insurance, and Vision Insurance if your spouse drops coverage during open enrollment.

You may cancel your coverage or change your tier of coverage in Health InsuranceDental Insurance, and Vision Insurance if you or your dependents enroll in your spouse’s plan.

No changes are permitted to your Health Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.

To enroll or change elections:

Log onto Ultipro and select Change My Benefitsfrom the home page. 

 

To add or change dependents: 

Log into Ultipro. Select Personal on the home page, then select Contacts and update your dependent information.

Once you have edited and saved your dependent information, you can then make changes to your insurance plans by selecting Change My Benefits on the homepage.

To enroll or change your health and welfare benefit elections, log into Ultipro. After submitting the QLE request, please upload supporting documentation by selecting the Add Employee Document tab under the Things I Can Do section on the Life Event homepage.
